Over the past year we have reviewed our Environmental Health & Safety site install practices and have now, following extensive field trials, adopted the Eazi Lifter window hoist from Harnser Solutions Inc to provide a safe and easy method of lifting windows.

We have invested heavily in this product, providing the Eazi Lifter hoist kit for each install and service team. Our approach has been to stipulate the use of the Eazi Lifter on all installs where the window to be lifted exceeds 25lbs, typically a 3ft x 3ft unit.

As an employer of installation personnel we experience as others in the industry numerous incidents of injury resulting from carrying heavy windows up through buildings or up ladders.

We are confident such incidents will be significantly reduced in number by using this equipment. There will be no need to lift and carry heavy products, as the Eazi Lifter will raise them up to the fitting position with the minimum of effort.

In addition, the use of the Eazi Lifter will bring about many other savings and benefits with our install teams being less fatigued at the end of a working week and able to enjoy a better quality of life with their families.
