CONCEPT;

The EAZI LIFTER is primarily a window hoist system designed on the drawing board but developed after many hours of trialling with skilled and experienced installation personnel.

To meet clients needs it was essential to have a clear understanding of what was required and how best it should operate in the working environment.

PHYSICAL SIZE;

The EAZI LIFTER hoist had to be compact and lightweight so with the final product at 25lbs /12kgs and the size of a small set of golf clubs it can easiely carried in one hand when taken to upper stories and carried from room to room. Additionally its small size is a bonus as it takes up little room in the fitting vehicle.

FITTING SIZE RANGE;

The height of the hoist when at it's lowest position fits the smallest of window sizes it might be used for and by using varying lengths of support legs together with extension tubes the EAZI LIFTER can be used for products up to door height.

LIFT RANGE;

The lift range of 50ft/15mtrs has been achieved by using high strength, low diameter Dyneema synthetic rope. This allows lifts up to typically four stories but with longer rope length available on request at time of order.

SPEED OF FITTING;

Whilst providing a piece of equipment that enabled installers to now work in compliance with Health & Safety and Manual Handling Regulations, the additional opportunity to increase productivity was seen as a real bonus. Now there is no need for costly and time consuming access systems or scaffolding. Just instal the hoist, attach the frame, glazing or complete assembly and lift to height in a matter of minutes. It holds the product safely and securely whilst fixing and when completed is quickly detachable ready for the next job. All done in a fraction of the time and with far less effort or risk of damage to the product or property than experienced with any other working practices.

It's a real win/win situation.

ADAPTABILITY;

Further developments have seen the introduction of reversible head and base plates which allow the hoist to be fitted into deep finished reveals or shallow timber framing.

The tightening of the hoist within the opening has also been enhance by the use of a sprung loaded head plate support offering constant pressure even when the load is applied.

ACCESSORIES;

Recent additions to the accessory list include the Rotating Head that permits the head plate to sit against a raked/sloping head frame and floor/head pivot plates that allows the hoist to rest on the ground when no reveal is available.

The use of RAM KEYS as Rope Adjusting Mechanisms quickly, easily and safely increases or decreases the length of the vacuum lifter support ropes has also been included.

GOING GREEN;

The EAZI LIFTER has significantly been developed with "Green" credentials. The majority of the parts being manufactured from Stainless Steel that is both more serviceable and at the end of it's life more readily recoverable.
